From September to October 2025, Howard Kennedy’s International Construction team partnered with Cornerstone Seminars to deliver a series of eight weekly online seminars. Beginning on Thursday, 18 September 2025, the course covered:

  • The fair and neutral engineer
  • Design responsibilities
  • Delay claims
  • Claims for money
  • FIDIC 1999 and 2017/2022

The series was a resounding success, selling out quickly and drawing professionals from across the industry. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants praising the depth of content, the expertise of the speakers, and the practical insights offered. Attendees highlighted the comprehensive coverage of complex topics and the engaging, interactive approach, noting that the sessions significantly enhanced their understanding and skills. Many valued the resources provided and found the training highly applicable to their daily work. Overall, the seminars were widely regarded as an exceptional learning experience and a benchmark for future initiatives.

Speakers included Victoria Tyson, Jo Clarke, Gabriel Mulero Clas, James Reader, and Edward Corbett. Each 90-minute session featured a talk, an interactive workshop, and plenty of time for Q&A and discussion.
