Howard Kennedy’s International Construction team is pleased to introduce the Autumn 2026 FIDIC Contracts Seminars Series, delivered in collaboration with Cornerstone Seminars.
The Series will run from 17 September 2026 to 5 November 2026.
As with the previous series, the team will guide attendees on an eight‑week exploration of key issues relating to FIDIC Contracts and dispute resolution. Topics will include:
- The Fair and Neutral Engineer
- Design Responsibilities
- Delay Claims
- Claims for Money
- FIDIC 1999 and 2017/2022
The Series will be hosted online, with opportunities to engage in interactive workshops, and dedicated time for Q&A and discussion. Each 90-minute session will feature expert speakers – Victoria Tyson, Jo Clarke, Gabriel Mulero Clas, James Reader, and Edward Corbett. The sessions are intended to engage directly with the contractual, procedural and strategic issues that can arise in practice.
Testimonials for the Autumn Series 2025
‘Thank you very much for organising today’s workshop and for your excellent presentation. I found it truly outstanding, as it offered a comprehensive overview of design risk allocation and succinctly addressed one of the most debated aspects of FIDIC-based contracts. I greatly appreciated the wrap-up and the further reading sources you shared. Beyond today’s excellent session, it is a real pleasure to see Edward’s expert team, dedicated to the 1999 FIDIC, continuing to develop as a strong and long-term unit within Howard Kennedy.’
‘Thank you once again for the valuable and useful FIDIC seminars. I enjoyed it and hopefully learned how to approach FIDIC from a few more angles than before.’
