Following the overwhelming demand for our sold-out Autumn series, Howard Kennedy’s International Construction team is pleased to announce a new Spring series of online seminars in collaboration with Cornerstone Seminars.

Starting Thursday 12 February 2026, this eight-week programme will explore key topics in international construction law and dispute resolution, including:

  • The Fair and Neutral Engineer
  • Design Responsibilities
  • Delay Claims
  • Claims for Money
  • FIDIC 1999 and 2017/2022

Each 90-minute session will feature expert speakers—Victoria Tyson, Jo Clarke, Gabriel Mulero Clas, James Reader, and Edward Corbett—and will include a talk, interactive workshop, and dedicated time for Q&A and discussion.

The FIDIC Contracts Seminars Autumn Series is now sold out!

Howard Kennedy’s International Construction team, in collaboration with Cornerstone Seminars, hosted a sold-out series of eight weekly online seminars on FIDIC Contracts from Thursday 18 September 2025. This comprehensive course explored essential topics in international construction law, including in-depth guidance on the FIDIC 1999 and 2017/2022 contracts, along with practical strategies for drafting effective agreements and managing the construction process to minimise and handle claims efficiently.
