Following the overwhelming demand for our sold-out Autumn series, Howard Kennedy’s International Construction team is pleased to announce a new Spring series of online seminars in collaboration with Cornerstone Seminars.
Starting Thursday 12 February 2026, this eight-week programme will explore key topics in international construction law and dispute resolution, including:

Testimonials for the Autumn Series
- ‘Thank you very much for organising today’s workshop and for your excellent presentation. I found it truly outstanding, as it offered a comprehensive overview of design risk allocation and succinctly addressed one of the most debated aspects of FIDIC-based contracts. I greatly appreciated the wrap-up and the further reading sources you shared. Beyond today’s excellent session, it is a real pleasure to see Edward’s expert team, dedicated to the 1999 FIDIC, continuing to develop as a strong and long-term unit within Howard Kennedy.’
- ‘Thank you once again for the valuable and useful FIDIC seminars. I enjoyed it and hopefully learned how to approach FIDIC from a few more angles than before.’
- ‘Thank you very much for an interesting FIDIC seminar series. It was excellent, and many thanks for your clear presentations on the important contractual issues’.
- ‘Thank you for delivering insightful training during the series! You and the rest of the team really helped me step up my competencies.’
- ‘It’s been interesting and the format was great’.
- ‘It was a very practical approach, with the information we need as QSs to apply day to day.’
